Unreal Films is based in Porirua City, 20km north of Wellington. Its a young, culturally rich, beautiful place. This is also my home town where I grew up, went to school and still live, and I like it a lot.
So we’re quietly kinda chuffed that Porirua City Council has chosen us as one of eight local “Successful Businesses” profiled on its revamped website, and also featured us quite heavily in its Digital Strategy discussion document, focusing on our use of fibreoptic broadband for our remote presence technologies.
It’s cool to be described alongside such prestigious neighbours as Radiola Aerospace and (obviously our favourite) Whittakers Chocolate, makers of that indispensable kiwi icon, the Peanut Slab… if only we could claim THAT level of cultural impact!
